Refund policy

Lisbon Vice provides planning, coordination, and facilitation services for experiences delivered by independent third-party suppliers.
1. Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to confirm any booking.
All deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Participant dropouts
- Travel disruptions
- Illness or personal circumstances
- Missed activities due to late arrival
2. Remaining balance
The remaining balance must be paid before arrival in Lisbon by the deadline communicated. If the balance is not paid on time, we may cancel the booking and no refund will be due.
3. Changes requested by the customer
If you request changes after confirming, we will do our best to accommodate them, but:
- Availability is not guaranteed
- Price may change depending on supplier terms
- Refunds are not provided if you remove activities after confirmation
4. Supplier changes, cancellations, and substitutions
Because activities are delivered by independent third-party suppliers, availability can change. If a supplier cancels or an activity becomes unavailable, we may:
- Offer a reschedule, or
- Propose a substitute activity of similar value, where possible.
If a substitute is more expensive, you may need to pay the difference. If it is cheaper, we may apply a credit toward your itinerary, depending on supplier terms.
5. Weather and force majeure
Some activities depend on weather or conditions. If an activity cannot run safely, we will work to reschedule or offer alternatives. Refunds are not guaranteed, as supplier terms and non-recoverable costs may apply.
6. Chargebacks and disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to pause coordination until the dispute is resolved. We will provide evidence of services and supplier commitments where relevant.
