Lisbon Vice operates as a planning, marketing, coordination and facilitation service for group experiences in Lisbon, including stag and hen trips.

2. What Lisbon Vice does (and does not do)

Lisbon Vice provides a planning and coordination service that helps customers design and organise custom group experiences by curating and facilitating access to activities offered by independent third-party suppliers.

Lisbon Vice:
- designs customised itineraries
- coordinates bookings with third-party activity providers
- facilitates communication and scheduling
- issues invoices to customers for the agreed total amount

Lisbon Vice does not:
- operate, host, run or deliver activities
- own or employ activity providers
- provide transport unless explicitly stated
- book or manage flights
- book or manage accommodation
- act as a tour operator or travel agency

All activities are delivered by independent third-party providers, and the contract for the execution of each activity is between the customer and the relevant supplier.

3. Our role as intermediary

Lisbon Vice acts as an intermediary and facilitator between customers and independent suppliers.

Prices presented to the customer include:
- third-party supplier costs, and
- Lisbon Vice’s fee for planning, coordination, administration and facilitation.

Lisbon Vice collects payment from the customer and subsequently settles amounts due to suppliers. This does not make Lisbon Vice the operator or organiser of the activities themselves.

4. Quotes and proposals

All quotes are custom, non-binding and indicative until accepted.
A proposal becomes binding only once the 50% deposit is paid.
Website content and example activities are indicative and may vary depending on availability, dates, group size and supplier conditions.

Lisbon Vice reserves the right to refuse a quote request at its discretion.

5. Payments

5.1 Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking.
The deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.

5.2 Remaining balance
The remaining balance is always due before arrival in Lisbon.
Failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund.

5.3 Pricing changes
Prices do not change after acceptance unless the customer requests changes.

6. Cancellations, changes and refunds

No refunds are provided once a deposit is paid.
If a participant drops out, no refund is due.
Changes requested may result in price adjustments.

7. Activity execution & liability

All activities are delivered by independent third-party suppliers.
Each supplier is solely responsible for execution, safety, insurance and legal compliance.

Lisbon Vice is not liable for accidents, injuries, damages, cancellations, delays or quality of activities.

8. Risk & participation

All participants must be 18 years or older.
Participation is at the customer’s own risk.

9. Behaviour and conduct

Lisbon Vice may refuse service or terminate coordination due to unsafe, illegal or disruptive behaviour.
Lisbon Vice is not responsible for fines, arrests or damages caused by participants.

10. Transport, travel & accommodation

Lisbon Vice does not arrange flights, accommodation or transport unless explicitly stated.
Any transport arranged is via third parties.

11. Force majeure

Lisbon Vice is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.

12. Intellectual property

All itineraries and proposals remain the intellectual property of Lisbon Vice.

13. Communications

Lisbon Vice may contact customers regarding quotes and operations.
Replying to automated emails is optional.

14. Limitation of liability

Lisbon Vice’s liability is limited to the amount paid for its services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a quote request or making a payment, the customer accepts these Terms & Conditions.
